BOOKINGS 2021

Bookings are welcome from individuals or couples or like minded people who form a group to come together. The number of sites is limited to 500 units, the capacity of the mainly rectangular ACTA venue. The majority of activities are in the centre of the grounds – Crow Central (which is the main convention centre) as well as four large marquees for the Squawkers’ Tent, The Rookery, Crafty Crows and Daddy Day Care. Games are held on large grassed areas. Musical activities are conducted in the Club house.

Our normal practice is that bookings for the next Festival opened on Easter Sunday morning at the time nominated in the program. Due to Covid-19 and government regulations restricting large gatherings, there was no option but to reschedule the 2020 Stone the Crows Festival till Easter 2021. A similar high quality program of activities, events and entertainment will be organised. At this stage, entertainers will have to be reconfirmed and you will be kept advised throught the Crow Chronicle of all details. As per previous editions of the Crow Chronicle, whilst not obligated to do so by either ACCC or NSW Fair Trading, we are offering to roll over existing 2020 bookings to 2021 at no extra charge or to offer a partial refund. We are delighted to say 93% are coming back in 2021. The same site allocation will apply as in 2020.  If you want to be with a group of friends, please book early so we can try to accommodate you as close as possible.

For 7 days – Early bird until 1/3/2021

• One person unpowered for 7 days – $320
• Two people unpowered for 7 days – $495

Discounts : If you have attended for two or more years or if you are in a group of five or more RVs, you are entitled to a 10% discount until 1/3/2021. Group members will be sited in as close proximity as possible, dependant on length of vehicles and other requirements.

• One person unpowered for 7 days – $288
• Two people unpowered for 7 days – $445

For 4 days – Early bird until 1/3/2021 (no discounts – strictly limited number of sites for the shorter period of Good Friday to Easter Monday inclusive)

Bookings can be made by email as per the booking form or sent by snail mail to the address on the booking form.

Please read the simple conditions on the form before forwarding your booking details. Cancellations will only be taken if made in writing as per these conditions. Regretfully our crow brains can sometimes be overloaded, hence the need for confirmation of important information in writing.

Powered sites are all sold out – a waiting list is being compiled for those who need power for CPAP machines or other necessities.
