SITE ALLOCATION – ALL FINISHED!!!!

We did it! All bookings now have site numbers allocated (thanks Pam for all your help in cross checking).  There are a small number of unpowered sites available ranging from 7m to 15 m. So if you or a friend are thinking of coming, please get in early to avoid missing out.  Early bird rates are still applicable – just go to the website to book.

VOLUNTEERS

Your Squawkers’ Permits will be going out by email later today.  This designate your site number and also the area in which you are one of our special helpers.  Depending on the work area as to the day you come in.  Shirt sizes will also need to be confirmed by return email in case extra weight has lost or found you since last yar.

Please check your permits and let me know if there are any problems by using this email link.

OFFER OF POWERED SITES

Those who have had emails last Monday and will again today really do need to advise if they want the powered site on offer.  Offers were made to people with CPAP machines etc who had noted this need on their booking form.

If you do not confirm your need by Thursday, the site will be offered to someone else who doesn’t have that particular need.

FIRST TIMERS

We have had a wonderful response from first timers who would like to come on Thursday afternoon.  Please note this is only if you haven’t been before so you can know where is what! (or something like that).

This information will be on your squawkers’ permits so if you haven’t confirmed the desire for early entry please do so immediately.

PLEASE EMAIL AND MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR NAME/S SO WE CAN MATCH IT AGAINST YOUR INDIVIDUAL BOOKING.
