By booking either on line or by mail, you are agreeing to the following details:

  • Limited powered sites both in capacity and numbers.  When all powered sites are booked, cancellations will be allocated on a first in basis, taking into account special needs such as CPAP power.
  • The ACTA grounds are not a caravan park so use of appliances will be limited – no air conditioners without permission of our First Aid team. Only one appliance per site at any one time, e.g. don’t run a jug and a toaster simultaneously.
  • No permanent connection to water – top up tanks only – as taps are scattered throughout the grounds it may be necessary to join hoses together with your neighbours to reach the nearest tap.
  • Air conditioners only with permission of our First Aid Team.
  • Sites are only confirmed when full payment is made. Powered sites must be paid in full. Unpowered $100 deposit balance by 1/12/2020. An email reminder will be sent via the Crow Chronicle at the beginning of November. It is your responsibility to ensure the balance is paid by the due date or your site will not be allocated and you may not be near friends.
  • Payment may be made by direct deposit to the Stone the Crows Festival Bank account – Bendigo Bank BSB 633000 Account 146065693 or by credit card.
  • Limited 4 day sites available.
  • Discounts – only one discount applies to each booking – 10% loyalty discount if you have attended for three or more years, please nominate the years on your form OR 10% group discount for groups of 5 or more vehicles, maximum 2 persons per vehicle. Group bookings should be received within a 14 day period.
  • If you are booking as part of a group please nominate your group leader’s name.
  • Fees include campsite per vehicle per night + entertainment, seminars, games and other activities costs excludes woodwork or craft kits, charity fundraising activities.
  • In consideration of others, generators may only be used between 8 and 11 am and between 4 and 8 pm.
  • Arrival time is at the time nominated on your Squawker’s Permit – Thursday April 1 for first timers or Friday April 12 for both 7 day and 4 day attendees. Arrival times are staggered to ease traffic congestion.
  • Squawkers’ Permits (your entry ticket and site number) can only emailed (no snail mail) so please make sure an email address is included whether it is for yourself, a friend or family member who can pass on the details to you.
  • Departure for 4 day attendees is by 10 am on Tuesday April 6 and for 7 day Attendees by 2 pm on Friday April 9.
  • First timers are welcome to arrive on Thursday afternoon April 1 at the time nominated in your Squawkers’ Permit.  You will still be with your group.
  • Dogs must be on lead at all times. Other than assistance animals, they are not allowed in the Food Court, Club House or Crow Central. An off leash area for under control dogs will be designated in your program. Any hassle in this area is your responsibility.
  • Refund conditions: Bookings received for 2020 have been offered a 50% refund or a roll over to 2021. Cancellations must be in writing and bank account name, number and BSB must be provided. As we must confirm infrastructure, equipment and other costs by the end of 2020 please note – For all new bookings for 2021, cancellations MUST be in writing with your bank account details, BSB, name and number to obtain refund. Up to December 31, 2020, $50 administration fee is incurred. From January 1 to March 1, 2021 – 50% refund. No exchanges of tickets unless the Festival is completely sold out. No refunds after that date – no exceptions. You may roll over to 2022 if you wish at no cost with an adjustment if necessary.
  • Once your booking form is received, you will automatically be added to the Crow Chronicle database so you receive our regular newsletter emails.  If you do not wish to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe yourself.
  • Bookings may be sent by email or snail mailed to PO Box 238, Kinglake 3763.

Day visitor tickets are available either by pre-purchase prior to the Festival commencement or at the gate on the day. Cost is $35 per person which covers you from the start of activities at 8 am until the finish at 10 pm.
