The program and timetable are now on line - there will be a few additions when you get on site.

To all our invaluable, incredible, wonderful crow assistant volunteers!

Once we get confirmation from you that you are helping again this year, and you advise your shirt size, you will get an email asking you to come into the nest slightly earlier than the rest of the flock. Your site number will not change. That has a reserved sign on it.

The plan at present is to get the siting crew and some others in Friday morning, do some work, then Saturday you can off to go to the Food and Wine Festival and as long as you're not too hung over get that job finished Sunday.

The remainder will come in Sunday morning (once again the alcoho-meter may be applied but I doubt it will be necessary), you can get settled, start to get organised.

Sunday night is part of our appreciation of your help with a BBQ dinner and then Monday we all get finalised for the Tuesday fly-in of the rest of the flock.

Older birds do not need to over do it, that is why work is being spread over a few days with a rest day in the middle.

	Thanks for your help, there is no way the Festival would happen without you!
